Delete your Voicemaxx account

Delete from the app

1. Open Voicemaxx while signed in.
2. Open Profile.
3. Scroll to Delete account.
4. Confirm deletion. Keep the app open until it reports completion.

This authenticated route is the fastest way to prove ownership and remove the account.

If you cannot open the app

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your sign-in and write “Voicemaxx account deletion” in the subject. Include your platform and approximate last sign-in date. Do not email passwords, payment-card information, voice recordings, or identity documents unless we specifically request a safe verification method.

What is deleted

• Your Voicemaxx authentication record and active sessions.
• Your referral profile and invite participation linked to the account.
• Your uploaded Voice Arena recordings, takes, ratings, reports, and blocks linked to the account.
• Known local Voicemaxx recordings, face-scan files, shared cards, profile answers, and course progress on the device where you confirm deletion.

What may be retained

We may retain the minimum pseudonymous transaction, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, safety, or legal records required by law or needed to prevent abuse. These records are not used to keep your account active. Store purchase history held by Apple or Google is controlled by that store.

Timing and help

In-app deletion normally completes immediately after authentication. A support request may require verification and will be handled within the period required by applicable law. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
