Voicemaxx Subscription Terms

1. Scope and seller

These Subscription Terms apply to Voicemaxx Premium subscriptions offered by Starquest Studio LLC, 82 Wendell Ave, Pittsfield, Massachusetts 01201, United States. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The purchase screen and receipt identify whether Apple, Google, or Starquest Studio LLC through Stripe bills the subscription.

If these Subscription Terms conflict with the purchase terms shown for a specific website offer, the clearer or more consumer-protective term controls to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence always control.

2. Plans, prices, and affirmative consent

Before a website payment, Voicemaxx shows the subscription period, amount due immediately, applicable tax, regular renewal price, renewal frequency, and how to cancel. You must affirmatively check the subscription-consent box before the payment button is enabled.

Website offers may include a reduced first period followed by a regular renewal:

• $4.99 plus applicable tax for the first week, then $29.99 plus applicable tax each month.
• $17.99 plus applicable tax for the first month, then $29.99 plus applicable tax each month.
• $29.99 plus applicable tax for the first three months, then $59.99 plus applicable tax every three months.
• A clearly identified final-window offer may reduce only the first-period amount by 50%, followed by the unchanged regular renewal price shown at checkout.

Offers and currencies can vary by time and location. The exact terms displayed immediately before you authorize payment, not the examples above, are the terms of your purchase. Apple and Google set and display the prices, currencies, taxes, offer eligibility, and billing periods for subscriptions they process.

3. Automatic renewal

Unless you cancel, a subscription renews automatically at the frequency and price disclosed before purchase. A reduced or introductory period converts to the regular paid plan shown at checkout. There is no cancellation fee or minimum number of renewals.

During website cancellation, an eligible active subscriber with one website plan may be offered 50% off the next renewal only. The offer does not change the billing interval; later renewals return to the regular price. It may be accepted once per subscription in a 12-month period. Declining or skipping it has no effect on the right to cancel.

We will provide any reminder, renewal, or price-change notice required in your territory. A material website-subscription price change will not take effect without the notice or consent required by applicable law.

4. Billing and account access

Stripe processes website payments. Stripe receives payment-card and billing information; Voicemaxx does not receive or store your complete card number. We receive the customer, subscription, transaction, tax, and status information needed to activate access, manage renewal, prevent fraud, keep financial records, and process cancellation.

After successful website payment, we create or update a Voicemaxx account for the checkout email and send sign-in instructions. The billing email is also used to send a secure cancellation code and cancellation confirmation.

5. How to cancel

Website subscription

Open voicemaxx-ai.com/subscription, choose website subscription, enter the billing email, and request a secure six-digit code. After verification, optional cancellation questions and a clearly disclosed one-time save offer may appear. You can select Skip questions and offers and go directly to the final review. Select Cancel subscription now to finish. No account login, telephone call, chat, survey answer, or offer acceptance is required. We record the time received, stop future renewals in Stripe, show a confirmation reference, and immediately email confirmation to the billing address.

If you cannot receive the code, email a cancellation statement from the billing address to [email protected]. Include the billing email and ask to cancel at the earliest permitted date. Do not send a password or full card number.

Apple App Store subscription

Apple controls cancellation for subscriptions billed by Apple. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then choose Subscriptions → Voicemaxx → Cancel Subscription.

Google Play subscription

Google controls cancellation for subscriptions billed by Google. Open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then choose Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Voicemaxx → Cancel subscription.

Deleting Voicemaxx, deleting an account, or stopping use does not itself cancel a subscription. Cancel through the billing source. A normal cancellation stops future charges and access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid period. A refund, statutory withdrawal, or immediate termination for legal cause is a separate request.

6. Refunds, withdrawal, and cooling-off rights

Except where applicable law or the billing store's rules require otherwise, charges for a billing period that has begun are not refundable merely because you stop using Voicemaxx. This does not limit remedies for duplicate or unauthorized charges, failure to provide the paid service, lack of conformity, misleading conduct, breach, or any other non-waivable consumer right.

• European Union and European Economic Area. Consumers ordinarily have 14 days to withdraw from a distance service contract. You do not lose that right unless the legal requirements for starting performance and losing the right are satisfied. If you validly withdraw, we provide the refund required by applicable law.
• United Kingdom. Consumers receive the initial and any renewal cooling-off, reminder, cancellation, acknowledgment, and refund rights in force for their purchase date. Existing statutory rights remain available while the newer subscription regime is implemented.
• Brazil. Consumers may exercise the statutory seven-day right of withdrawal for a qualifying distance purchase.
• Australia and New Zealand. Consumer guarantees and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded remain fully available, including cancellation or refund rights for qualifying service failures.
• United States and Canada. State, provincial, territorial, and federal rights concerning automatic renewal, online cancellation, notices, refunds, and unfair practices remain available.

To exercise a withdrawal, cooling-off, refund, or immediate-termination right, email [email protected] with your name, billing email, purchase date, billing source, request, and the date you want the contract to end. A clear statement is sufficient; you may use those details as the model form. We treat the request as received when it reaches us and send an electronic acknowledgment.

7. Service changes and termination

Features may evolve, but we will not use a service change to remove a statutory remedy. If a change materially reduces a continuing digital service, consumers may have a right to terminate or receive a price reduction under applicable law. We may suspend access for fraud, chargeback abuse, or a material breach, subject to mandatory notice and remedy rights.
